For Acqua di Parma, we designed a tailor-made experience that reflected the brand’s core values: elegance, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. Our goal was to create an event that would allow participants to step outside their daily routine and discover new ways of working together.

We chose an experiential format where participants engaged in hands on, artistic activities connected to the world of fragrances and visual arts. This approach helped stimulate lateral thinking and encouraged meaningful conversationsm two essential pillars of creative team building.

The event was structured around three main moments.

The Fragrance Workshop: Participants had the chance to create their own personalized fragrance, exploring Acqua di Parma’s iconic notes. This activity encouraged sharing ideas and open communication within the team.

Creative Balloon Art: Our talented balloon artist brought a magical and colorful touch to the event by crafting installations inspired by the world of fragrances and the brand’s signature elements. A fun and unexpected way to ignite creativity!

Visual Storytelling: Each group created a visual narrative based on their experience, using artistic materials and collage techniques, this final step reinforced team collaboration and showcased each participant’s unique perspective.
